The Penny Black Inn is a lovely, family run pub situated in a quiet village area of Ludlow. The pub is currently in the process of getting disabled access and toilets, and with a spacious car park and large beer garden, it is easily accessible and welcoming to everyone.
Its stunning, spectacular views of surrounding areas such as hills from Worcester and Wales make this pub a great attraction. You wont go hungry as bar snacks are available all day, and delicious, home cooked food is served from the tempting A la Carte menu, which is available at lunchtimes and evenings. There is also a carvery available on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm – 2pm, with over 4 types of meat and 25 fresh vegetables. Restaurant opening times are 12pm – 2pm and 6;30pm – 9pm Monday – Saturday.
A wide selection of draught beers, wines and real ales are available for your enjoyment, and a lovely range of soft drinks for non-drinkers, drivers and children. Why not go to one of the traditional monthly festivals that includes beer, wine, cider, food and a live band playing 50’s and 60’s music, as this promises to be an excellent day out! Although this pub does not have a private function room, there is a large marquee outside which can hold up to 60 people and functions can still be held and catered for. The Penny Black Inn is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely drink with friends or is great for a family day out!
