Set back off the road and sitting squarely at the top of the hill, the Top Astley is both large and welcoming. Following a £500,000 investment by Robinsons Brewery and Inglenook Inns & Taverns, and a complete overhaul The Astley Arms is very much back on the Dukinfield map. There is a real ‘wow’ factor as soon as you enter – a handcrafted bar steals the show – but heritage colours and rich textiles means this pub is at the same time stylish, cosy and inviting – both in summer and winter.
The Astley Arms is a real community pub in the true sense of the word and a favourite with the locals, catering for the whole family. John’s experience and passion for beer is evident and there’s dedication in the kitchen too, with pub classics updated for modern times. Sport is featured via multiple TV’s and a pool room will be a favourite amongst our more ‘hands on’ enthusiasts. There is DJ/Live Entertainment on Saturday nights.
