Detailed Information

The Mannor Arms pub is a lovely community pub set by the side of the canal and next to the nature reserve in Walsall. It is a grade 2 listed pub as it is one of the oldest pubs in the country and is famous for having no bar; making the pub very unique, and with its warm and cosy atmosphere this makes it a great place for family and friends to drop in for a quiet drink. There is a lot of history here and during the Second World War, Glen Miller often came in for a drink, there is also meant to be a ghost occupying the property but don’t worry it is very friendly. They serve a full selection of draught beer, wine and spirits for your enjoyment along with a lovely range of soft drinks for all non-drinkers and drivers. Situated on the premises there is a pretty beer garden, which is a great place to sit and relax with a refreshing drink during the summer months, there is also a car park on the premises making the pub easily accessible for all. Traditional food is served throughout their well-maintained restaurant, with lots of local favourites to choose from. Of a Sunday they offer a tasty roast dinner with a range of meats to choose from, and the freshest vegetables. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-2pm and 5pm-7.30pm and Sunday 12.30pm-5pm. So come and join us for a taste of history, and enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere for yourself, we know you won’t want to leave.
