The Red lion, Or Llew Coch to use its Welsh name, is a centuries old traditional village inn, renowned for good value home-cooked meals and accommodation all year round. With Cadair Idris (893m) only 6 miles away, and the Arab Fawddwy (907m) only a stone throw away there from an ideal base for a walking holiday. They serve a full selection of draught beers, wines and spirits for your enjoyment. Situated on the premises of the pub there is a small beer garden, where customers can have a refreshing drink during summer months. Since the new smoking legislation the pub has recently had a smoking shelter built to facilitate smoking customers during the cold winter months. Disabled access and friendly staff are on hand throughout the pubs premises, making the pub easy accessible for all. To keep everybody amused there is a dartboard and two pool tables on the premises along with a jukebox blasting out music. There is an extensive home cooked menu served throughout the pubs premises, so customers never go hungry.
