The Swan was recognised at the Marston’s Pub of the Year Awards in 2013, winning the National Best Newcomer Award and then going on to pick up the top accolade, Marston’s Pub of the Year 2013 – Grand Final Winner. We serve delicious home made food, prepared by our excellent team of chefs. We have five hand pulled real ales, including regular guest ales – all kept in top condition. We have been independently assessed by Cask Marque and regularly receives a 100% pass mark. We are proud to have been independently selected to feature in the latest CAMRA Good Beer Guide (again). In addition to the charming rooms on the ground floor, the historic function room upstairs is an award-winning little theatre and performance space. In 2014 we were awarded the ‘Best Blooming Pub’ prize by Saddleworth Parish Council, Saddleworth in Bloom and we were also awarded the ‘Best Blooming Business’ in the Oldham Council Bloom & Grow Competition.
