The Rose & Crown is said to have been here since the 16th Century and was thought to have been a coaching inn. The original Rose & Crown, built of cob and thatch, was burned down in 1896 and rebuilt as we see it today. The pub has a large bar area, serving a good range of beers, wines and spirits. Meals are served in the bar, separate dining room or in the beer garden. The pub has its own car park. We aim supply good, fresh Pub Grub and food can be chosen from the main menu or Specials Board. Our staff would be happy to inform you of our current themed nights; curry night, fish and nigh, steak nights etc.
