A popular and well kept pub, built in the 1930s on the site of a 19th century pub. (The previous pub was demolished to enable road widening.) The ‘Bold’ is in the centre of the old village, which has since been absorbed by the expanding Northampton borough. This spacious pub has a lively bar, carpeted lounge, games room and superb conservatory restaurant. The restaurant serves a full menu, including roasts, fish, and vegetarian choices.
