Renowned chefs and twin brothers Scott and Steven Lewis are the proud patrons of The Bracebridge. Having trained under Michel Roux Jr., the brothers went on to hone their skills in top London restaurants including La Tante Claire and Quaglinos, as well as holding private chef positions with the Saudi Royal Family. Throughout their careers, Scott and Steven held on to one dream – to return to their home town, Sutton Coldfield and open their own restaurant. Along with their sister Claire and her husband, local businessman and entrepreneur Darron Brough, they’ve been able to make their dream come true. After many months of searching they found the perfect location. It provides the customer with a choice; fine dining in the sumptuously-styled restaurant, or a more relaxed al fresco experience on The Terrace – both perfectly complemented by the beautiful waterside setting and views of Bracebridge Pool.
