A lively and friendly down-to-earth thatched pub on the eastern edge of Pewsey. The historic interior has an open plan bar with a fire in winter and there are two side rooms. Four real ales are served; two local regulars plus two guests usually from the South West region. Live music on Friday nights every fortnight. There is accommodation in the holiday cottages in a separate block at the back. No food, but snacks are available.
