We are looking forward to welcoming you back, we ask that you’re empathetic to our team as we work together to find sustainable ways to serve you and work safely within the changing government guidelines. As part of the new guidance we are implementing the following;
To make your visit to the pub as seamless as possible we ask that you book before arriving, this can be found below (but keep reading there’ll be a test!)
There will be a one way system in the pub please try to adhere to this even when drunk!
We ask that you use the sanitising stations located at the entrance and exit of the pub
On arrival we will help you find your table, we ask that you order your food and drinks at your table, unfortunately there will be no sitting at the bar (mainly because you smell!)
We have been told to collect personal details of customers visiting us to aid track and trace, this will be handled on site via our new ordering system
We ask that you order your drinks and food via our new web based app. Where this isn’t possible we will offer table service where cash is available for use, but card payments are preferred
We ask that you respect the 1m+ social distance at your tables, moving around the premises and using the facilities
We ask that you limit the toilets to 2 people maximum at a time, sanitising on the way in and out of the toilets
Currently we are unable to use beer mats or offer straws (that sucks!)
Product availability might be a little sporadic as our suppliers get back to normal so you might have to try something a little different
By booking below you are agreeing to these guidelines – oh and I lied, there is no test!
Most important of all please bear with us too, it’s all new to us as well!
