It is fully equipped for all TV sports (Sky and ESPN) with the largest Big screen in Ulverston, 3 big screen TV’s and all in HD. We have great access for the disabled and also a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. So if you’re looking for a quiet drink or somewhere to eat out in Ulverston, have a look through our site and we’re sure you’ll find that the Old Farmhouse is just the place for you. We are Neal Southworth & Mandy Boyle, the Landlord & Lady of the Old Farmhouse and we have been at the Old Farmhouse for over 5 years.(Neal originates from Preston & Mandy is from Livingston Scotland).  We have both taken Ulverston to our hearts and have made it our home. The both of us, together with Bailey the dog and all of our staff, guarantee you’ll receive a warm welcome at the Old Farmhouse. At the Old Farmhouse you can enjoy choosing from several menus (see the menu above). All of our meals are cooked fresh to order and the menu is wide & varied. You can choose to have a light bite or enjoy a lovely 3 course meal. We have managed to incorporate the usual suspects with some unusual ones & there is also a hint of Mandy’s Scottish background in there. We try to cater well for vegetarians and any dietary concerns you have can be catered for. We always try to use the best quality of ingredients and where possible ingredients are locally sourced. This all comes together to bring you one of the most varied menus in Ulverston. Also on Sunday’s as well as there main menu we have a fantastic Sunday roast menu (just like mum used to do), and on Tuesdays & Fridays they have a fantastic grill menu, where you can enjoy any grills and get a bottle of our house wine free. You could also try our award winning Pie of the Year 2009 Heroes Cumberland Pie or our Heroes Beastie dessert, where £1 from each dish is directly given to The Help for Heroes charity. At the Old Farmhouse we pride ourselves on our varied menu, the fact that all our food is cooked fresh and that we only use the highest quality suppliers. That way we can be confident that you’ll enjoy your meal, no matter what your tastes.
